7 day return policy/ Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it from us. To be eligible, the returned product must include all original accessories and undamaged packaging, accompanied by a reason for return. Non-resellable condition returns may be rejected or incur a restocking fee. If the product is damaged and we accept the return, a 5% handling fee may apply at our discretion.

Most products have a standard carry-in warranty. However, warranty won't apply if the product is tampered with, seals are broken, or it's used outside the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty replacements are only valid within the specified terms, and uncollected goods after 30 days may be sold to cover costs. If an in-warranty product is faulty, provide a full description and sender's contact details at any of our branches.
